Shipping is free across India. Due to the size and weight of furniture items, dispatch may take 5-10 business days and delivery can take up to 10-15 days depending on location. Large items may require curbside or doorstep delivery and could involve additional handling by our shipping partner. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

Returns and Exchanges -

We offer exchange/returns only on items that are damaged or defective. We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange or refund.

Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and damp or humid areas to prevent warping, cracking, or fading of the wood finish.

Use a wood-safe polish periodically to maintain shine. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, or detergents.

Please note that as all our furniture pieces are handmade from natural wood, slight variation in grain, carvings, dimensions, and finish is normal. Variations of +/- 0.5-2 inches in dimensions and +/- 0.5-5 kgs in weight can be expected. Minor assembly may be required for some pieces, and instructions will be included where applicable.
