A generously proportioned brass planter styled after the traditional Indian handi, with a broad, rounded belly that tapers up to a wide flared rim. The surface is densely hand-carved in classic bands — a floral leaf-and-vine motif circles the widest part of the body, framed above and below by geometric zigzag and petal borders, giving the piece a rich, layered texture.

Simple brass ring handles sit at the shoulder for an understated, functional look that lets the carving take center stage. Its wide mouth and substantial size make it well suited to larger plants or as a striking standalone floor piece, with the deep antique brass tone lending real weight and presence to any room.

Care Instructions

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the natural shine. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, or detergents, as these can damage the brass finish.

Brass is a natural metal and may tarnish or darken slightly over time when exposed to air and moisture - this is a normal characteristic of brass and not a manufacturing defect. To restore shine, use a brass polish or a mild solution of lemon and salt, gently rub with a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to help prevent tarnishing.
