This small devotional statue depicts the Buddha with the right hand lowered in the varada mudra, palm open in a gesture of blessing and compassion, while the left hand rests in the lap holding a small offering bowl. A gleaming dharma wheel aureole rises behind the figure, its gold spokes and scalloped lotus petal rim forming a radiant backdrop. The dark gunmetal face, arms, and legs contrast beautifully with the golden robe, finished with fine checkered engraving across the shoulders and lap, and a red thread tied at the wrist adds a devotional touch. Care Instructions

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the natural shine. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, or detergents, as these can damage the brass finish.

Brass is a natural metal and may tarnish or darken slightly over time when exposed to air and moisture - this is a normal characteristic of brass and not a manufacturing defect. To restore shine, use a brass polish or a mild solution of lemon and salt, gently rub with a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to help prevent tarnishing.
