This warmly aged Buddha statue is finished in a rich antique gold, its two-tone patina of deep brown shadow and bright gold highlight bringing dimension to every carved surface. Cast in brass, the figure sits with both hands raised near the chest in dharmachakra mudra, the wheel-turning gesture, fingertips touching in a graceful circular form. The robe covers one shoulder and is finely engraved with scrolling floral and cloud motifs along the sleeve and sash, with the same delicate patterning continuing across the crossed legs. The face carries a calm, composed expression beneath a tall pointed ushnisha, with elongated earlobes and a softly ridged brow. The figure sits on a rounded cushion base ringed with a tightly carved lotus petal border, all finished in the same lustrous gold-brown tone. Care Instructions

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the natural shine. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, or detergents, as these can damage the brass finish.

Brass is a natural metal and may tarnish or darken slightly over time when exposed to air and moisture - this is a normal characteristic of brass and not a manufacturing defect. To restore shine, use a brass polish or a mild solution of lemon and salt, gently rub with a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to help prevent tarnishing.
