This striking Buddha head bust brings a dramatic sculptural presence with its deep antique dark-bronze finish contrasted against a golden crown of tight curls rising to a pointed ushnisha. Cast in brass, the face carries a calm, downcast expression, framed by long gilded earlobes that sweep down past the jaw in a classic elongated style. A band of small engraved medallion discs runs across the brow beneath the curls, each carved with a different scroll or floral motif in warm gold tone. The neck flares into a rounded pedestal base, engraved with a lotus and foliate design in matching gold, giving the bust a stable, freestanding footprint. A keyhole mount on the back allows the piece to be hung on a wall as well as displayed on a shelf or console. This bold, gallery-style piece makes a striking statement in meditation spaces, entryways, or curated decor collections.

Care Instructions

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the natural shine. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, or detergents, as these can damage the brass finish.

Brass is a natural metal and may tarnish or darken slightly over time when exposed to air and moisture - this is a normal characteristic of brass and not a manufacturing defect. To restore shine, use a brass polish or a mild solution of lemon and salt, gently rub with a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to help prevent tarnishing.

Please note that as all the products are handmade, slight variation in carvings, dimensions, and weight is normal. Variations of +/- 0.1-1 inches in dimensions and +/- 0.1-2 kgs in weight can be expected in some cases.
