Returns and Exchanges -

We offer exchange/returns only on items that are damaged or defective. We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange or refund.

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and excess moisture, which can cause fading of colors and gold foil work over time.

Do not use water, harsh chemicals, or detergents, as these can damage the paint, gold foil, and gemstone work.

Please note that as all our paintings are handmade, slight variation in colors, gold foil work, and gemstone placement is normal. Due to differences in screen settings and lighting, the actual colors may vary slightly from what is shown in the images. Variations of +/- 0.2-1 inches in dimensions can be expected in some cases.
